An immediate contract opportunity is available for an Office Clerk in Santa Clara, CA, supporting a busy mail room, shipping, and receiving environment. Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming telephone calls and redirect callers to the appropriate associate or department.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming packages using reports to verify accuracy.
- Support shipping and receiving activities using FedEx, UPS, and DHL systems.
- Assist with international shipping processes and related documentation requirements.
- Maintain mail room and shipping supplies, including envelopes, boxes, labels, tape, and related tools.
- Provide professional customer service support in a busy office environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.

- Familiarity with international shipping regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be punctual, organized, resourceful, and able to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment.
- Customer service-oriented with a polished, professional, and personable demeanor.
