NTT DATA currently seeks a QNXT QA Tester to join our team for a remote position.

Role Responsibilities

-Perform end-to-end testing and validation of QNXT configuration, including benefits, provider contracts, pricing, accumulators, authorization rules, and claims processing.

-Collaborate with configuration analysts, business analysts, and developers to understand configuration requirements and translate them into test cases.

-Create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans and test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.

-Create test data using Claims test Pro, testing tool created by Cognizant.

-Identify test data and audit test results using SQL.

-Conduct root cause analysis for defects and inconsistencies found during testing and track them to resolution.

-Work closely with business users and stakeholders to validate business requirements and ensure configuration meets operational needs.

-Utilize test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) for defect tracking and test documentation.

-Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide support during post-implementation validation.

-Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal quality standards.

Required Skills/Experience

• Experience testing various QNXT modules like Benefits, Contracts, Fee schedules, Providers, members, DOFR, Claims etc.

• Experience testing Medicare DSNP claims, secondary claims creations, COB process.

• Experience testing with CTP tool (Cognizant product)

• SQL experience

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($51.00-57.00/hourly ) . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
