Title: M&A Integration Manager Company: Established Public Company Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 bonus RSUs relocation assistance (if needed) Location: Onsite in San Diego (relocation candidates encouraged to apply) Overview: Join a highly visible finance team supporting strategic initiatives across a complex, global organization. This role partners with leaders across finance, accounting, and business operations to drive critical projects, support organizational growth, and improve business processes. Key Responsibilities: Support cross-functional finance and operational initiatives. Partner with stakeholders to evaluate processes and identify improvement opportunities. Prepare financial analyses and reporting to support business decisions. Coordinate project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications. Assess risks and support implementation of effective solutions. Contribute to process improvements, standardization efforts, and operational efficiencies. Support special projects and ad hoc analysis as business needs evolve. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field. 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, consulting, or related functions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting large-scale business initiatives, integrations, or transformation efforts. Background in public accounting, consulting, corporate finance, or financial analysis. Experience working within a complex or multinational organization. Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
