Compliance Associate - Private Equity (Santa Rosa)
A leading Private Equity firm is looking to hire a Compliance Associate. This position will be a compliance generalist and ideal candidates will have prior private fund compliance experience.
Day-to-day you will:
- Draft/update compliance policies and procedures.
- Manage the firm's code of ethics.
- Review marketing materials
- Assist with various regulatory filings
You should apply if you:
- Have 2+ years of Advisers Act compliance experience.
