What the role looks like

You’ll be working across central Sacramento and surrounding areas, delivering in-home services with a structured hybrid approach.

The role is set at 26 billables per week , with caseloads built around your location rather than spread across the city.

There’s flexibility in how your week is structured, alongside clear expectations around availability.

Clinical approach

The clinical model is focused on:

• Functional skills
• Naturalistic teaching
• Individualised programmes based on the child and family

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. Clinicians are expected to adapt their work based on what’s actually effective.

How the team works

This is a collaborative environment , not one where you’re left to manage everything on your own.

• Regular case discussion and clinical support
• Strong emphasis on developing RBTs and newer clinicians
• Structured systems in place for scheduling and data

The expectation is quality supervision and presence with your team, not just maintaining a caseload.

Requirements

• BCBA certification
• Confident with report writing
• Open to a hybrid in-home model and local travel
• Collaborative mindset and interest in developing others
• Open to full-time and part-time options.

Less experienced BCBAs are considered, provided there’s openness to mentorship and realistic expectations.
