Senior Plumbing Project Manager
Senior Plumbing Project Manager job in Orange County

Responsibilities:
- Oversee one or multiple commercial large plumbing mechanical projects
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on-time, and under budget and that we exceed general contractor and building owner requirements
- Mentor and train Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers and help them grow within the company
- Track and maintain project budgets and schedules
- Communicate and coordinatewith vendors and internal estimating and purchasing teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial plumbing project management experience working on large commercial projects
- Local, stable work-history
- Strong technical skills working with Excel, BlueBeam, and MS Project
Preferred:
- Prior field knowledge and/or Bachelors in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering
