JOB TYPES: Certified Personal Trainer Full-time/Part-time with flexible hours

COMPENSATION: Pay: $42,000.00 - $123,000.00 per year depending on experience and full/part-time status.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for Certified Personal Trainers who are outgoing, entrepreneurially-minded, and passionate about physical activity, balanced nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits.

The responsibility of a FITNESS SF Trainer falls into the following general categories:

• Member Service

• Exercise Floor Management

• Fitness Service

• Personal Accountability

• Client Interaction

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain personal training client relationships

• Instruct clients in physical exercise while maintaining a safe physical environment at all times

• Create written progressive and scalable exercise programs for clientele

• Facilitate the personal training sales process

• Professionally represent FITNESS SF at all times

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current NCCA-accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, etc.) (required)

• CPR/AED certification (required)

• 1+ yrs of previous Personal Training experience (preferred, but not required)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Possess honesty and personal integrity

• Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry

• Excel in time management, organizational and follow-up skills

• Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Position requires daily standing, walking, sitting, bending, squatting, reaching, telephone calling, lifting and racking weights of at least 45 lbs, demonstrating exercises to clients and “spotting” clients to assure safety
