Workplace Operations Assistant
:
Summary
The Workplace Operations Assistant is responsible for creating a warm, friendly, inviting atmosphere for those visiting the client's office including customers, business partners, prospective employees, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
· Greet all guest and responsible for creating a warm welcoming experience
· Oversee appearance of the reception and conference room areas
· Administration (Excel spreadsheets, Word/Outlook memos)
· Answer and route phone calls
· Manage visitor badges, employee badge issues (lost, etc.), badge deactivation
· Act as the primary contact for any building related issues & place service requests
· Assist Facilities team with internal employee moves
· Perform routine inspections of lobbies, conference rooms and work/supply rooms
· Stock & tidy pantries and workrooms
· Receive, sort & distribute incoming mail & packages.
· Prepare USPS Mail & Accountable Express packages for outbound shipments
Required Qualifications:
· High School diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
· MS SharePoint & Power Point experience
· Written and oral Communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
