Showroom Coordinator
• Managing the daily operations of the showroom
• Coordinating sample trafficking and media loans
• Supporting PR campaigns, events and influencer collaborations
• Maintaining relationships with stylists, media and brand representatives
• Keeping the showroom organized, updated and presentation-ready
• Preparing reports and monitoring sample flow We’re looking for someone who:
• Has strong organizational and communication skills
• Works well under pressure and can multitask
• Is detail-oriented and proactive
• Has an interest in fashion, lifestyle and PR
• Speaks Polish and English fluently
