What You ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages

• Manage chronic diseases, acute conditions, and preventive care

• Educate patients and coordinate care across specialties

• Work closely with experienced support staff and providers

• Build long-term patient relationships rooted in trust

What You ll Bring:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine

• California medical license (active or pending)

• Excellent communication and clinical judgment
