Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year A bit about us: We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our fast-paced Tech Services team. This role is integral to our company's success and growth, acting as the critical liaison between our clients and our services. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, data-driven, and has a proven track record in driving customer retention and growth. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for understanding customer outcomes through ongoing collection and analysis of data and feedback.
