  • Ensure compliance with design documents, contract requirements, and applicable codes and standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections, approvals, and quality sign-offs.
  • Identify and document non-conformances (NCRs); implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Track quality metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders on quality performance.
  • Support internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation of quality records.
  • Lead and participate in quality-related meetings with project teams and contractors.
  • Communicate quality expectations clearly and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Train and guide site personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the preparation of quality turnover packages and final quality reviews.
  • Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in data center or mission-critical construction environments.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, QA/QC principles, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Familiarity with quality standards and data center construction requirements is a plus.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
