Project Coordinator

Kforce's notable Semi-Conductor client is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their Fremont, CA-based team. This is a hybrid role - 3 days on site, 2 year contract to start. Summary: The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating weekly design reviews and well as weekly Problem Reviews. This includes Scheduling, resolving scheduling issues and conflicts. Reporting results, taking action items, attendance. The Project Coordinator will be training people, resolving issues with the internal systems, and also working with engineers, understanding concepts of what needs to happen in the design review, what is recorded, not recorded, etc. Responsibilities:

• Reporting results, taking action items, attendance
• Training people, resolving issues with the internal systems
• Working with engineers, understanding concepts of what needs to happen in the design review, what is recorded, not recorded, etc.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Teams, PowerPoint, Word), especially in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Formatting, Graphing)
• Familiarity with SharePoint (Adding Site Content, Editing Views, Checking Permissions)
• Basic PC setup (to be able to setup meeting rooms for design reviews)
• Ability to work flexible work hours, including overtime when business needs dictates
• Excellent written and verbal skills, with an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently
• Experience in resolving scheduling conflicts and accommodating last minute changes with competing priorities
• Engineering-oriented work environment preferred
• Experience with QuickBase preferred

• Working in an engineering environment is a big plus
• Understanding engineering and mechanical environments is a big plus
