Construction Office Manager

Aycon Inc. is seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Office Manager to join our growing team. If you have a passion for keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced construction environment and possess a strong administrative background, we want to hear from you!
Position Summary:
The Construction Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office, ensuring efficient workflows and providing essential support to our project teams. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills and a solid understanding of construction industry practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all office administrative systems and procedures.
- Oversee document control, including contracts, permits, change orders, and project close-out documents.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.
- Assist with human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and assist with general accounting tasks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office vendors and service providers.
- Support project managers and site superintendents with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a professional and organized office environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,260.00 - $65,260.00 per year
