Sr. Industry Marketing Manager - Natural Resources

Overview

As a member of the Industry Solutions team, you'll use your creativity, marketing expertise, and project management skills to develop, manage, and execute strategic marketing campaigns within the commercial side of Natural Resources Sector Industries. You'll partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure the successful planning and execution of focused campaigns, community building activities, educational collateral and events to ensure campaign goals and KPIs are met in key market segments.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and tactics
  • Create campaign assets, including messaging, collateral and digital content, that contribute to overall campaign success
  • Lead and support event messaging and execution, as part of an integrated campaign plan to achieve industry goals
  • Support for third party campaigns, such as industry tradeshows and sponsorships, association memberships
  • Deliver campaign assets on time and on budget
  • Work with marketing and industry managers, and other stakeholders to ensure predictable, consistent, and successful tactical delivery that drives measurable success
  • Track campaign progress at every step and manage campaign activity reports and ROI analytics
  • Provide a holistic view of the overall campaign performance to managers and the specific industry teams each campaign supports
  • Work with the marketing automation, analytics, creative lab, and events teams to establish best practices and optimize campaign performance
Requirements
  • 5+ years of marketing experience within business-to-business and/or business-to-consumer fields, preferably marketing to business professionals in related industries
  • Established knowledge of marketing principles, campaign management, and process improvement
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills for internal and external audiences
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledgeable to strong understanding of CRM, social media platforms, business intelligence, and project management processes
  • Strong decision making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills
  • Must be able to travel up to 20% during peak marketing periods
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or appropriate related field

Recommended Qualifications
  • Knowledge in one or more Natural Resource Industries and their operations
  • Advanced writing, editing, and messaging development skills
  • Knowledge of GIS applications in related industries
  • Master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is

$86,528-$140,608 USD
