Quality Manager
We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead and maintain a compliant, audit-ready Quality Management System in a precision medical device manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing all quality functions—including inspection, metrology, CAPA, document control, and supplier/customer quality—while ensuring adherence to ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, lead root cause investigations, support audits, and build a culture of accountability and documentation discipline across the organization. This position requires strong leadership, hands-on quality experience, and the ability to ensure consistent delivery of high-precision, medical-grade components.
