Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager III, the Staff Services Analyst(SSA)/Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) will perform a variety of analytical duties to support the Fiscal, Audits, and Business Services Branch, including the use of the Financial Information Systems for California (Fi$Cal). May also receive direction from the Deputy Director or Staff Services Manager II. As a member of the Fiscal, Audits, and Business Services Branch, the SSA or AGPA contributes and participates in positive team-building efforts and customer relations through quality service. The SSA or AGPA uses resources effectively in meeting and exceeding customer service expectations and delivers services that are innovative and sensitive to customer needs. Working in a team environment, the SSA or AGPA responds dynamically to service responsibilities and works cooperatively with staff in providing coverage in the absence of other team members.

Working Conditions

• Occasional overtime

NOTE : This position is not currently eligible for telework and the incumbent will be required to report to the position’s designated headquarters location, as indicated on their duty statement, at their own expense.
