Customer Service Rep

Pay: $20-$24 per hour (DOE)

Location: Costa Mesa, CA

Schedule: Full‑time | Monday-Friday

About the Role:

We are seeking professional, customer‑focused Customer Service Representatives to support a fast‑paced office environment. This role is ideal for candidates with call center or high‑volume customer service experience who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of service
• Document interactions accurately in internal systems
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of customer service or call center experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable handling high call volume in an office setting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Detail‑oriented, dependable, and customer‑focused
