Pete's Frootique & Fine Foods is well known for its delicious, freshly prepared food made right on the premises. As a Kitchen Helper , you will play an important support role in the preparation and production of high-quality food items that help keep our deli and lunchline running smoothly.

In this role, you will assist with basic food preparation, including portioning, packaging, and organizing food items to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality. You will support the kitchen and lunchline teams by keeping ingredients stocked, prepared items readily available, and workspaces clean and organized.

You will also assist in maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization while working as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food service experience is considered an asset
• Positive, enthusiastic, and dependable attitude
• Passion for food and interest in food preparation
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow direction
