• Leading and developing all HVAC installation crews
• Creating structure and accountability where most companies fall short
• Scheduling and dispatching crews for real efficiency—not chaos
• Ensuring materials, equipment, and job readiness are dialed in before the day starts
• Running job site visits to coach, correct, and raise standards in real time
• Building and improving install processes that actually work in the field
• Leading weekly meetings that drive clarity, communication, and performance
• Training new installers and helping shape the next generation of techs
• Participating in hiring decisions and holding people accountable

• You’ve got 10+ years in HVAC installation and know the trade inside and out
• You’ve naturally become the person others rely on to get jobs back on track
• You’ve been leading without the title, or without the support you deserve

• 10+ years of HVAC installation experience
• 5+ years of leadership or crew management experience
• Strong communication and decision-making under pressure
• Ability to organize people, schedules, and job flow effectively
• Comfort using basic computer systems and documentation tools
• A mindset focused on growth, not comfort
