We are seeking a dedicated and friendly receptionist who is compassionate and proficient in communication, demonstrating a commitment to patient care and service excellence, to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

• Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate staff or department as needed.
• Maintain a well-organized reception area that is inviting and free of clutter.
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for facility services and events.
• Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding facility services and policies.

• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination of care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least one year of experience as a Receptionist in the healthcare industry is a must

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using office management software and telephone systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Empathetic and compassionate demeanor, with a commitment to patient care.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
