Senior Manager, Location Based Entertainment
Job Responsibilities:
- Review detailed project plans including scope, timelines and budgets for theme and live show projects that have over 1B of investment.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external licensees.
- Work closely with creative teams to maintain brand integrity and storytelling across all entertainment offerings.
- Facilitate design reviews, technical rehearsals, and creative approvals throughout production phases.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
- Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee risk assessments and technical documentation for live performance environments.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Management, Theater Production, Theme Park Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in project management within the theme park and/or live entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale entertainment projects from concept through execution.
- Strong understanding of theatrical production and theme park operations.
