Schedule: M-F days Compressed Shift
Pay Rate: $30-$32 Hourly
Location: Sunnyvale California
Position Type: Full-Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and operate all chemical and gas delivery equipment.
• Understand how the mechanical portion of the equipment works identify individual components included in each assembly and perform non-invasive preventive maintenance.
• Perform daily rounds including verifying purifier set points recording readings calibrating analytical equipment completing safety surveys monitoring inventory levels and verifying monitoring systems.
• Maintain product inventories.
• Perform container change-outs.

Requirements:

• 2 or more years in applicable work experience or Basic/Advanced Technical Certificate in a related field 1 year of experience or Associate of Science Degree in a related field and 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to achieve a basic knowledge of Quality Management.
• Communicate effectively using written and verbal skills.
• Building Facilities experience to include HVAC Water Treatment or Operations & Maintenance for a Manufacturing facility.

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5miles per day able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time ability to bend twist push/pull crouch kneel in confined spaces work at heights on a ladder and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
