Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing defined accounts within a specific geographic region in the Dermatology therapeutic area, supporting our customers products. The FRS will implement the collaborative territory strategic plan by partnering with internal and external stakeholders, including call center services (HUB), sales, marketing, patient access, market access, and other collaborators.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily activities that support patient access to products in provider offices and liaising with patient assistance services
• Acting as an extension of the call center or HUB, providing live support
• Serving as a payer expert for the geography and communicating payer changes
• Providing office education on access processes, formulary coverage, insurance procedures, prior authorization, appeals, and claims resolution

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelors degree
• At least two years experience in public/private third-party access or pharmaceutical industry roles
• Experience with specialty products
• Ability to educate offices on access processes
• Residency within the territory
• Problem-solving skills
• Interpersonal awareness
• Knowledge and experience with Pharmacy Benefits
