Direct Sales Representative - Commercial Play & Outdoor Recreation
- $60k base + guaranteed commission

Job Summary:
We're seeking a motivated Direct Sales Representative to develop and grow a territory by selling commercial playground and outdoor fitness solutions. This is a home/field based, consultative sales role where you'll build relationships, generate new business, and guide customers through projects ranging from $10K to $1M+ .
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys long sales cycles, solution selling, and making a lasting impact on schools, parks, municipalities, and communities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Manage a sales territory from your home office.
- Sell commercial playground and outdoor fitness equipment to schools, municipalities, parks & recreation departments, landscape architects, contractors, developers, and other community organizations.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Conduct presentations, lunch-and-learns, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals and preliminary project designs with support from an internal design team.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process—from initial consultation through installation and post-sale support.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Outside sales or B2B sales experience required.
- Experience with consultative or solution-based selling preferred.
- Comfortable managing long sales cycles and multiple projects simultaneously.
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Self-starter who thrives working independently from a home office.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
