POSITION OVERVIEW
We’re seeking a highly motivated Lead Development Rep (LDR) to support our business development initiatives for oSpace. You’ll engage in multi-channel outreach, sales enablement, and partner engagement activities while gaining exposure to industry-leading technologies.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES | What you will do
Execute multi-channel outreach strategies to engage new partners, re-activate dormant accounts, or support program-specific activities.
Conduct outbound calls to cold, warm, and hot leads.
Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs as defined by oSpace and/or the client
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (HubSpot), including logging call notes and contact information.
Gain foundational knowledge of vendor technologies, promotions, and value propositions.
Complete vendor training and certification programs as required.
Deliver a compelling and consistent pitch for each program you are assigned to
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, partners, customers).
Participate in ad hoc projects and support duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE | Who you are
Strong interest or foundational knowledge in IT, networking, or cybersecurity
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Teams, and Outlook
Effective time management, organization, and communication skills
CRM experience (preferably HubSpot)
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or outreach preferred
