Role Overview

We are seeking a Sourcing Lead to support sourcing execution and category ownership across infrastructure and indirect spend at 1X.

This role partners closely with Global Supply Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to execute sourcing strategies that support facilities, IT infrastructure, factory operations, and corporate services. This role is part of a team-based infrastructure sourcing organization.

Commodity ownership will be scoped based on experience and business needs. Candidates are not expected to have all experiences across all listed categories.

You Will

• Execute sourcing strategies across assigned infrastructure and indirect categories

• Lead RFQs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract execution

• Partner with Facilities, IT, Manufacturing, Operations, and Finance teams

• Support infrastructure programs, site operations, and scaling initiatives

• Track supplier performance, cost, and sourcing metrics

• Support continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives

Infrastructure & Indirect Categories Supported (one or more areas):

• Facilities maintenance and site services

• Construction and site expansion services

• CAPEX equipment and installation services

• IT infrastructure and technology services

• Factory production support (tooling, MRO, consumables)

• Corporate services (travel, HR-related services, insurance)

Category scope will be assigned based on experience and may evolve as the organization scales.

Must Have

• 4+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or related roles

• Experience supporting infrastructure, indirect, or services-based categories

• Proven ability to execute sourcing activities end-to-end with guidance from senior stakeholders

• Strong commercial and negotiation skills

• Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Nice to Have

• Experience in manufacturing, facilities, IT, or construction environments

• Exposure to multi-site or scaling operations

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary Range: $91,000 – $183,000

• Bonus eligibility and equity package
