The Opportunity

As a Legal Secretary for our boutique Consumer Class Action Department, you will have the opportunity to advocate for consumer's interests in California and across the nation in often ground-breaking and newsworthy cases.

Accountable for

• Support our attorneys and paralegals in all phases of litigation
• Maintain organized case files
• Manage and calendar court deadlines
• Professionally communicate with clients, experts, courts, and defense counsel
• Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Collaborate with team members

Qualifications

• Minimum 2Â years of experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to act both independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge Microsoft Office suite
• Type at least 40 WPM
• Confident in a paperless work environment

Compensation

• $26 -Â $32Â depending on experience
