Optigy is seeking a mission-driven Primary Care Physician for a locum opportunity in the Los Angeles Metro Area . This outpatient role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to adult and senior populations within a value-based care model. The provider will join a collaborative team dedicated to prevention, chronic disease management, and improving population health outcomes.
Compensation & BenefitsHourly Rate: $150/hr + paid travel and lodging
Schedule: MondayFriday, 100% outpatient, no nights or weekends
Patient Load: 1214 patients per day
Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients
Manage acute and chronic conditions with a focus on prevention and wellness
Collaborate closely with NPs, MAs, and health coaches to coordinate care plans
Participate in daily huddles, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
Work toward achieving performance benchmarks such as HEDIS and STAR measures
Build long-term relationships with patients that promote trust and continuity of care
MD or DO with an active California medical license and DEA
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Prior experience in value-based care or senior-focused models preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and patient relationship skills
Commitment to high-quality, compassionate, and efficient care delivery
