Quality Assurance Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete and/or review Incoming, In-Process and Final Inspection documentation. (Component Inspection Folders,
- checklist, release forms, calibration data records etc.
- Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCE’s) on Nonconformance’s.
- Perform detailed review of Device History Records and labels as part of final inspection/release activities for the
- finished product. Inspect field service replaceable units. Perform requested inspections for Engineering and other
- departments. (First Articles and Courtesy inspections) And assist with the development of appropriate inspection
- procedures, checklist, forms and Inspection Instructions.
- Maintain QC Activity Collection Plans and other applicable tracking logs.
- Prepared incoming inspection reports such as Inspection projects Skip lot and incoming inspection inventory.
Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in incoming inspection experience with the ability to read prints and drawings, use height gauges, calipers, surface plate, CMM or vision system skills are a plus
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma
