Accountabilities:

• Develop next-generation, privacy-focused algorithms leveraging novel IoT sensors.
• Build advanced detection and tracking systems to generate actionable insights for smart buildings.
• Design and implement assistive technology models to empower users with special needs.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop scalable data products and machine learning pipelines.
• Optimize models for deployment across cloud and edge devices ensuring high performance and reliability.

• MS or PhD in machine learning, computer science, or related STEM field.
• 3+ years of experience in image processing and computer vision, including pose estimation, action recognition, and tracking.
• Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with OpenCV, PyTorch, and NumPy.
• Experience with large-scale ML systems deployed on cloud and edge platforms.
• Knowledge of both deep learning and classical statistical modeling techniques.
• Bonus: experience with C++, computational photography, and performance tuning.
• Excellent scientific communication skills, with ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
