Under the direction of the Office Building Manager I, the Custodian Supervisor II in the Facilities Management Division (FMD), Joe Serna Jr Building/CalEPA HQ is responsible for the completion of all building custodial services through subordinate supervisors, including ensuring the safety of building occupants, property and employee development in the [Building/Region] following FMD guidelines and other applicable published industry standards.

This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code. The position is responsible for making or participating in the making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests. The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment and once per year.

This position may require travel.
