Production Specialist

What you'll do:

• Assist the operator during the cross-cutting and fabrication of tapered insulation products
• Lay out materials according to custom cutting specifications
• Handle and process various heavy insulation materials, including Polyisocyanurate, Expanded Polystyrene, Extruded Polystyrene, and Roxul Mineral Fibre
• Support the accurate coding of cut products for easy reassembly on the roof
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation by performing end-of-day cleanup at assigned stations

What you'll bring:

• Ability to read and use a tape measure and interpret imperial measurements accurately
• Comfortable reading AutoCAD drawings and understanding technical layouts
• Experience operating a counterbalance forklift
• Skilled at working independently while contributing positively to a team environment
• Able to perform under pressure and demonstrate initiative and leadership when needed
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Safe and confident in the use of hand and power tools
