About the Role:

As a BCBA at Pivotal Parenting Support LLC, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients

• Implementing ABA therapy techniques in a home-based setting, under the supervision of a licensed psychologist or board-certified psychiatrist

• Collaborating with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals

• Providing ongoing monitoring and evaluation of treatment effectiveness

• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of treatment plans and strategies

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, needs, and goals for each client

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific behavioral and developmental needs

• Implement ABA therapy techniques in a home-based setting, using evidence-based practices and procedures

• Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals and ensure continuity of care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment, using electronic medical records and other documentation tools

• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress, share knowledge and expertise, and contribute to the development of treatment plans and strategies
