You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, coordinating schedules, managing appointments, and supporting a smooth patient experience.

Dental Appointment & Treatment Coordinator

What You'll Do:

• Patient Interaction: Greet visitors and patients with a warm welcome, making them feel comfortable and valued.

• Scheduling Coordination: Manage patient appointments efficiently, ensuring the schedule maximizes care and optimizes the clinic's flow.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient files, including insurance information, contact details, and treatment records.

• Financial Coordination: Guide patients through financial options and billing, handling payments and ensuring transparency.

• Team Support: Act as a liaison between the patient, the doctor, and the staff to ensure clear communication and optimal scheduling.

• Patient Reminders: Remind patients about their appointments and ensure smooth follow-ups to keep them on track with their dental care.

• Administrative Duties: Assist with various administrative tasks, including sending memos, managing documents, and preparing necessary patient correspondence.

full-time $25 - $35 per hour

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years in a dental office or customer-facing role. Knowledge of dental office management is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with practice management software is a bonus.

• CPR and First Aid certified, with the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.

• A professional, friendly demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain accurate records, and follow-up as needed to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
