Project / Program Manager I
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project/Program Manager in Hawthorne, CA. Duties Include:
- Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program
- Oversees all aspects of projects/program
- Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program
- Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program
- Manages 15-20 different teams with continuous communication and coordination with other teams
- Sidewalk is expanding internationally
- The teams are in Taiwan and India; There's a few in the US Team; The hiring manager is leading internationally and expanding to other countries; The role is helping the HM to track deliverables and manage projects, make sure the other teams are working their deliverables
- May require a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Highly organized and coordinating the work with 15-20 Teams
- Experience building delivery schedules
- Experience providing or building reports on the deliverables and status of the team
