Advertising Financial Analyst

: Responsibilities: The Finance & Accounting Team has fiduciary responsibility for financial aspects of our end-to-end business, including all accounting and regulatory facets of Product, from 'Farm to Fork' ... Facilities, from 'Greenfield to Sunset' ... and Partners, from 'Recruit to Retire.' The team also oversees our Mexico Division's accounting, tax, and finance operations. As a Systems Analyst III, F&A, you'll identify, document, analyze, and communicate Accounting and related financial systems solutions to meet business needs. Once you're eligible, you'll become an Owner in the company, so we're looking for commitment, hard work, and focus on quality and Customer service. What is the work? The position services the business needs of numerous different Finance/Accounting areas, processes and functions (i.e. store inventories, warehouse claims, payroll processes, regulatory reporting, asset/property reporting, supply chain support, etc). Job responsibilities revolve around the Salesforce platform, and include:

• Designing and implementing complex calculations within Salesforce, ensuring accurate and reliable data outputs that support critical business processes.
• System Integrations: collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and execute Salesforce integrations with other systems. Ensuringseamless data flow and consistency across platforms.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Leveraging Salesforce reporting tools to analyze data, generate meaningful insights, and provide actionable recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
• Team Collaboration: Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and align Salesforce solutions accordingly.

What is your background?

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field
• 6+ years of business / tech experience
• Experience in project management / planning
