About the Role:

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the connection point between customers and technicians—helping people make smart, confident decisions about their vehicles. You’ll sell with integrity, support your team, and keep our shop running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome customers with professionalism and genuine care.
• Build trust by educating, not pressuring, customers.
• Write and present clear, accurate repair estimates.
• Recommend services confidently and ethically.
• Coordinate workflow between technicians, parts, and customers.
• Manage follow-ups to ensure customers feel supported every step of the way.
• Support shop sales goals while keeping customer satisfaction #1.

What You Bring:

• Proven sales and customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A positive, team-first attitude.
• Basic automotive knowledge (or eagerness to learn).
• Confidence in closing sales the right way.
• Goal-driven mindset with a passion for growth.
