Are you a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter with strong people skills and a passion for customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment where you can educate customers and help them make smart decisions about their vehicles?

What You’ll Do:

• Greet clients and provide top-notch service in person and on the phone.
• Build trust by educating customers, not pressuring them.
• Write repair estimates clearly and accurately using shop software.
• Sell recommended maintenance and repairs with confidence and transparency.
• Coordinate workflow between techs, parts, and customers.
• Track progress, order parts, manage follow-ups, and keep things running smoothly.
• Hit sales targets and shop goals while keeping the customer experience #1.
• Have fun, stay organized, and bring good energy to the shop daily.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic automotive knowledge—or the drive to learn quickly.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Confidence in recommending services and closing sales.
• A positive, team-first attitude.
• Goal-driven mindset (you love hitting targets and helping the shop win).
