Job Opportunity: Radiation Therapist
We are recruiting on behalf of a 266-bed hospital recognized as one of the best regional hospitals in 17 types of care by U.S. News & World Report, and honored by Newsweek and Healthgrades for exceptional clinical quality. Known for clinical excellence and compassionate care, the hospital has served Santa Monica and west-side Los Angeles communities since 1942. Its cancer institute is a world-renowned center for clinical research and advancements in cancer treatment.
Position: Radiation Therapist
We seek candidates with the following qualifications:
- National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience
- Graduation from an approved American Registry of Radiologic Therapy Program
- ARRT certification upon hire
- California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification
The Radiation Therapist will:
- Administer prescribed doses of ionizing radiation according to physicians' written prescriptions and departmental policies
- Perform adjuvant procedures to aid in patient care management
