Job Description:
The Accounting Clerk will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily accounting activities, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures. This position is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for working in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions


• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records


• Prepare and process invoices, credit memos, and customer statements


• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures


• Maintain organized and accurate filing systems for financial documents


• Support the finance team with data entry, bookkeeping, and reporting tasks


• Respond to vendor and customer inquiries regarding billing and payments


• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and internal controls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in accounting or finance preferred


• Proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role


• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., Netsuite) is a plus


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills


• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
