Sales Assistant / Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Assistant / Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role supports both Inside and Outside Sales Representatives in a manufacturing environment, helping keep quotes, orders, production updates, deliveries, and job closeouts organized and moving forward.

This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative or sales support professional who enjoys working with details, coordinating across teams, and contributing to a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities

- Support Inside and Outside Sales Representatives with daily administrative and sales coordination tasks.
- Assist with preparing and tracking job quotes, customer orders, and related documentation.
- Process orders accurately and coordinate details with internal teams.
- Track production status, delivery timelines, and job progress to help ensure customer expectations are met.
- Assist with job reconciliation, closeouts, and follow-up documentation.
- Contact business customers by telephone as needed to confirm information, provide updates, or support order-related communication.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Must be proficient in SAP, Excel especially in writing basic formulas, create new spreadsheets and V-Lookups.
•Two years Inside Sales Support experience and one-year experience in construction/transportation industry preferred.
•Self starter with solid organizational skills and the ability to multi-task required.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
