As an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and care of surgical patients. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care in a state-of-the-art facility. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and monitoring the physical status of patients
• Collecting and recording necessary data for patient care planning
• Listening actively to patients and providing appropriate responses
• Identifying necessary interventions for expected surgical outcomes
• Anticipating potential problems and adapting to surgical procedures
• Maintaining a sterile field and ensuring the availability of equipment and supplies
• Evaluating nursing interventions and reassessing patient status

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• State of California Registered Nurse License
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of two years experience in operating room
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with patients, peers, physicians, and ancillary departments
