Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per year A bit about us: Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for overall project delivery, including schedule, budget, quality, client satisfaction, and team leadership. Why join us?

- Manage one or multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, cost reporting, billing, and cash flow
- Lead client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships
- Ensure contract compliance, constructability review, and quality standards
- Collaborate with Superintendents to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Manage subcontractor performance and resolve issues
- Mentor and develop project team members
- Participate in proposals, presentations, and business development efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
- 3–5+ years of project management experience with increasing responsibility
- Strong knowledge of construction operations, cost controls, scheduling, and contracts
- Proficiency with MS Office and project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, CMiC, Timberline)
- Salary Range: $180,000–$220,000 (based on experience)
