Know Your Rights: Privacy Notice for California Applicants: Responsibilities: The technical Manager is responsible for coordinating technical aspects of Epic implementation and support including Epic technical components and technical infrastructure (systems, network, hardware, etc). The technical lead reports to the project director to keep a central point of communication for the Epic project. Qualifications: Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems required; MBA is a plus but not required.
• Epic experience is a definite plus

Preferred qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in IT management or Enterprise system administration preferred.
• Project Management skills with prior experience in large-scale implementation of enterprise EMR system

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $85,841.60 to $202,030.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
