Product Manager - Ads Technology
At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what’s next.
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join the Enterprise GenAI team, focused on partnering with Netflix Ads to scale ads operations and workflows through agentic capabilities. In this role, you will own and drive the roadmap for Ads generative AI solutions, helping accelerate a rapidly growing and highly complex part of the business. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments, excels in ambiguous settings, and is excited to ship cutting-edge AI solutions.
About You:
You are curious and creative, with proven experience applying product management frameworks to build impactful enterprise or consumer products. You have hands-on experience with generative AI products and a strong background in Ads, Sales or similar workflows, enabling you to identify high-value use cases and translate them into scalable solutions. You bring a keen eye for design, adapt quickly to change, and become more inventive (not less) when faced with ambiguity. You love solving problems and excel at driving clarity, especially with large groups of stakeholders and partners.
You are biased toward execution and can lead cross-functional teams to take projects from concept to launch. You are data-driven, using quantitative and qualitative insights to uncover opportunities and inform decisions. You are equally comfortable partnering with engineers, Ads stakeholders, other product managers, and leaders.
Responsibilities:
Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enterprise GenAI solutions supporting Netflix Ads, aligning with business goals, platform teams, and cross‑functional product priorities.
Identify and prioritize high‑impact GenAI use cases to streamline Ads operations and Sales workflows, driving clarity in ambiguous problem spaces, defining clear success metrics, and translating opportunities into scalable product solutions.
Partner closely with engineering, design, and data science to translate requirements into clear product specifications and deliver high‑quality product experiences on time and at scale.
Collaborate with internal Ads and Sales stakeholders to deeply understand operational workflows, pain points, and opportunities where GenAI and agentic capabilities can materially improve productivity and decision‑making.
Monitor product performance, adoption, and engagement, and use both quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.
Stay current on market trends, emerging GenAI capabilities, and the competitive landscape—bringing fresh, informed thinking into product strategy and execution for Ads and enterprise use cases.
Drive effective change management and enablement to support the successful rollout and adoption of new AI‑powered tools across Ads and adjacent teams.
Ensure GenAI solutions are developed and deployed in alignment with Netflix’s values around safety, fairness, and transparency. Collaborate with legal, privacy, security, and ethics teams to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
6+ years of Product Management experience, successfully launching and scaling products that support complex enterprise workflows and processes (e.g., Ads, Sales, Finance, Operations).
Proven track record of building or integrating solutions that use data, automation, integrations, and AI to deliver insights and drive productivity.
Solid foundational understanding of machine learning concepts and terminology (e.g., model training, fine‑tuning, embeddings, evaluation metrics), with specific experience in or exposure to Generative AI.
Experience leading internal change management and enablement efforts to support the adoption of new AI technologies in large or complex organizations.
Ability to think strategically and envision scalable platforms, while also diving deep into edge cases, architectural considerations, and implementation details.
Highly self‑directed and effective in decentralized, fast‑paced environments; comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability.
Deep empathy for internal users and a knack for translating complex business needs into elegant, usable product experiences.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to influence decisions with data and key performance metrics.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align and influence a wide range of stakeholders, including executives, technical teams, and operational partners.
