Machine Operator
Description
Machine Operator (extruder operator) in Lodi. $20.00 per hour. Day shift rotating days off. Must work 2 weekends a month. If the schedule falls between Monday-Friday the shift is 6:45am-3pm. If the schedule falls on the weekend it is a 12 hours schedule 6:45am-7pm.Machine Operator – Extruder Operator

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and safety-focused Extruder Operator to join our production team in Lodi. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining quality standards, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor extrusion machinery to ensure consistent product quality
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment as needed
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Document production data and communicate issues to supervisors
- Work collaboratively with team members across shifts
Qualifications
- Previous machine operator or extrusion experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to work rotating days off and required weekend shifts
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
