Product Manager, GenAI Safety - Trust and Safety

: A64526 Responsibilities The T&S GenAI & Emerging Product team's mission is to empower the development of GenAI models and applications. We do this by building a world-class safety, testing, and risk management system that ensures GenAI innovations are launched responsibly. As a Product Manager for GenAI Safety in our Trust and Safety division, you will be responsible for designing safety strategies for GenAI products and features across TikTok and other emerging products. You are responsible for building and optimizing GenAI safety capabilities as well as reducing the risk levels for GenAI applications. To do so, you will cooperate with different AI business teams and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across the Trust and Safety division. Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the overall content safety of some GenAI products globally.
- Conduct risk assessments and design safety strategies for GenAI products and features.
- Leverage data and user feedback (both internal and external) to solve online safety risks, and continuously optimize safety capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in the GenAI space.
- Collaborate with Business, Policy, RD, Algo and Ops teams to support business growth.
- 5 years of product management experience, previous experience in strategies, data science, or machine learning.
- Strong product design ability, data-driven, and experience working with complex products and ecosystems.
- Strong interest in GenAI, large models, prompt engineering, model training, and GenAI application scenarios.
- Go-getter attitude that proactively responds to and tackles business challenges.
- Experience in a Trust & Safety-related role is a big plus.
