Under general direction from the Direct Construction Supervisor II, the position is responsible for the supervision, inspection, and coordination of work performed by Skilled Trades workers, outside contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure all assigned restoration, rehabilitation, alteration, and/or construction projects are completed on-time, within budget, and to the clients satisfaction in accordance with California Code of Regulations, Title 24, California Building Standards Codes, Public Contract Code, Government Codes, Health and Safety Code, Labor Code, Civil Code, State Administrative Manual, regional and local requirements and the building industry standards..

This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code. The position is responsible for making or participating in the making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests. The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment and once per year.
