Job Description

Your Career:

Palo Alto Networks is building a world-class product management organization and continues to look for top-notch product managers to expand the team. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to take a leading role in our Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) platform. This is a high-impact position where you will own the roadmap of our SASE offerings. You will be responsible for managing the product roadmaps, defining the pricing and licensing that drives our business and spearheading critical special projects. The ideal candidate is a blend of a business strategist, a technical product expert, and a strong execution-focused leader.

Your Impact:

  • Full ownership of the SASE Licensing and Pricing Strategy and Implementation : Develop and execute a comprehensive pricing and licensing strategy for our entire SASE portfolio
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive research to identify market trends and opportunities for innovative packaging and monetization
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, GTM, and Finance teams to create effective field training materials.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of our pricing strategy, using data to iterate and optimize for growth
  • Define, manage, and communicate the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for our SASE platform: Feature prioritization and trade off decision making for the SASE releases and roadmaps
  • Prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, business objectives, technical feasibility, and market urgency
  • Serve as the key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of release timelines, feature scope, and strategic priorities
  • Champion Special Projects
  • Lead cross-functional special projects that are critical to the strategic growth and operational excellence of the SASE product line

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Preferred MBA or Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent military experience required
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B enterprise software or SaaS company or 2+ years of Management Consulting experience
  • Proven track record of defining and executing complex pricing and packaging strategies for enterprise products
  • Experience with product analytics and telemetry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision and influence both technical and business audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Preferred domain expertise in the Cybersecurity market

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $148700/YR - $240500/YR.
