Paul Mitchell the School Sacramento at Arden Way is seeking a Financial Aid Coordinator.

Financial Aid (FA) Coordinator Role

The Financial Aid Associate will be responsible for ongoing administration and processing of Title IV and other forms of financial aid to ensure that student tuition and other payments are received timely and properly recorded and that student financial aid files are maintained in a complete, organized, and accurate manner. The FA Coordinator will also assist with financial aid advising, enrollment contracting, and compliance-related tasks.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have experience with Title IV Financial Aid Administration. Must be able to work well with numerical data with detail and accuracy, while having excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This person must demonstrate integrity, ethical behavior, and a high level of confidentiality in working with very sensitive information. The position requires the ability to focus on a variety of tasks in a very fast-paced environment. He or she must contribute to an organized and effective office and have a genuine desire for helping others achieve their goals.

Skills/Competencies Required:

• Title IV financial aid administration
• High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Strong computer and data entry skills required
• Ability to multitask and work with speed and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Solid work history with verifiable references
• Passion for the beauty industry
• Honesty and professionalism
